The hearth cooled and still, tar free engine grade gas!!Off course, one could wonder if for the small procent of energy effiecience going to the pain of the exstra work is worth it. Since a gasifier cogeneration unit has a very high effiecience typically above 80 procent it is a nice attemt to flirt with the 90 procent range. Exstra benifits besides higher energy gain are already precooled gas, a preisolate gasifier (yes water is also a good isolater and hot water with a system where the electric generator does not have watercooling.
