After living with the same bathroom for the past 20 years, our client in Newark, Delaware finally decided to completely transform the outdated room. The existing bathroom consisted of numerous oversized and underused fixtures. As a result, everything was removed and newly installed. The construction process required the room to be entirely stripped down to its wood frame. The new fixtures required new plumbing and electrical lines, a new wood frame for the tub and closet, and a new granite countertop. The new vanities allowed for extra storage space. Inside the shower area, the walls were finished with moister resistant drywall, and the built-in shelf allowed for a clutter-free shower space. The outcome of the bathroom remodeling includes updated vanities and shower and more open spaces. The entire color composition of the all detail elements added a comfortable and warm atmosphere to a better functioning room.
