Belkin BoostCharge USB-C to USB-C Power Cable Fast Charging Cable with 240W Power Delivery USB-IF Certified Review Specs-wise, this cable supports 240W charging so it's PD3.1 compliant. Physicall, it's a little stiff, needs to be coiled over for storage or else you risk kinks in the cable. The cable is thicker than your average non USB4 cable because it's PD3.1 The connector is 75% metal capped. Looks clean Lenght wise, my 2 meter cable came two extra centimeters which is decent In terms of charging performance this cable wasn't great -had trouble hitting 15W based on my tests -didn't hit 100W at all -voltage drop was quite high at .72 -and the resistance in the cable was a hair above average a .21 Ohms -for data speeds, it performed at a USB2 level -read and write speeds were average -my mixed folder data speeds were generally average as well -1GB folder 25, 39 read (avg. 25, 36) -5GB folder 26, 32 read (avg. 26 ,32) -After all the tugging, the cable didn't get worst, -the voltage drop and resistance didn't increase -BUT the cable head because too hot to touch.... soo..... General Testing Procedure: Data: Data speeds were tested with a Samsung T9 Portable SSD connected to a M1 Mac Studio Tested 1, 5, 20 GB sized files and 1, 5 GB folders containing mixed files Data speeds were measured using fio Charge: Charge speeds were measured using a 140W Apple Charger, a PowerZ KM003c and a Siglent Eload Charge speeds measured across 15, 27, 45, 60W rates Bends: Bends were tested on a custom built bending platform Cables were bent to 90 degrees repeatedly, no pause at each bend Cable wasn't hard clamped, it was held in place by a channel in the platform to allow for a bit of twisting
