69001 Mayflower and 37401 Mary Queen of Scots join the Carlisle Variety 25 March 25 GBRf have been back in Carlisle Route Learning, this time on the Settle & Carlisle line including in and out of Platform 5. Locomotive services brought Class 37 Mary Queen of Scots from Bo'ness to their Carlisle Upperby depot. The regular engineer's train to Crewe carried, among other things, wagons due to be re-bodied as JNAs. DB Cargo sent a couple of container flats to Carlisle Yard and appeared to take them back to Arpley (Warrington). Was it a driver training run? Plus plenty of the usual freight and passenger trains. However, for some reason I didnt record any Pendolinos! The times shown on clips are for guidance only and shouldn't be taken as definitive.
