INSANE SALMON FISHING - Central Coast of California

After keeping a close eye on the weather and wind reports our shot to catch King Salmon was upon us. We loaded up the skiff and rods and headed our way up to Morro Bay at 3:30am. We arrived at the launch ramp with a line of other boats ahead of us that all had the same idea in mind. After launching the skiff at 7:00am and we had our first fish on the deck by 7:30am. The conditions were great, the water was blue, birds were on bait and the rods were getting bent all day. The conditions couldn't of been better as we ended the day with 4 King Salmon ranging from 15-20lbs. We fished trolling cannon ball release clips, flashers, anchovies and Apex's.
