In this case we illustrate the very severe manifestation of staphylococcal hypersensitivity keratitis in a 13-year-old girl that presented with severe blepharitis, drop in bision and severe keratitis in ger right eye, phlyctenule- like changes in the cornea needed to be differentiated from other diseases and mainly herpetic infection. She responded very well over the last four months with the use of topical antibiotic-dexamethasone topical oitment, Improving visual acuity and essentially eradicating the severe cornea neo-neovascularization and cornea infiltration in one of the two eyes. The visual acuity improved from 20/40 to 20/20!
