As a teenager, Katelyn struggled with depression and anxiety and she turned to pornography to cope, which ultimately led to more depression, anxiety, shame, and eventually suicide ideation. Hear Katelyn’s story about the role shame played in her compulsion to view pornography, and how she’s since been able to begin her shame-free recovery.
