This Guided Meditation is part of the Weekly practices provided by Dr. Joe Dispenza from his book: Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. This meditation is part of the 4 Week program provided in the book, where as the first week was about learning the induction method, this is the week where listeners delve deeper within themselves. In WEEK 2 the listener is being guided on a more personal level. Among them are parts where the listener is "Recognizing" old emotions, "Admitting" to who and what they have been, "Declaring" the emotion they want to change and "Surrendering" to the infinite mind, so that the listener can be free of that which holds them back.
