A severely Arthritic 50 year old lady was operated at Medica Superspecialty Hospital with AI powered Hololens technology combined with instrumentation that is pre-designed based on the patient's 3D Deformity mapping through a ÇT scan . It is very specific to the patient and helps to make the cut without drilling femoral hole, causing least disruption and risk of chest and Cardiac issues. It helps in perfect alignment of knee, very close to what we achieve with Robotics, as the hololens create an AI powered cross checking mechanism which ensures perfect accuracy in surgery .
