Well, after 2 years and 11 months, I've finally made a sequel to a video that seems to be taking off now. This is the history of The Weather Channel's Local On The 8's, known as "Local Forecast" from 1982 to 1996, and 1998 to 2002, which began in 1982, the same year TWC was founded. This part of 3 parts will go from 1982 to 2002, and the second part will go from 2003 to 2015, and the final part will go from 2016 to 2022.
