The Tale of the Ever Dark Balancer The Ever Dark Balancer doesn’t die the way normal bosses do. There is no single heart. No “main” enemy. No dramatic final stab. There is only the bar. And the bar lies. Phase One – The Blood Ladies You enter the arena thinking you’re fighting enemies. You’re not. You’re fighting a shared existence. The Blood Balancers rise — elegant, violent, smug. Kill one, and the others stagger. For a moment, you feel powerful. Then the dead one gets back up, stronger than before. Here’s the trick they don’t tell you: All Blood Balancers share one health pool — the boss health bar. You are not meant to “clear” them. You are meant to damage anything and survive. Hit one. Hit all. It doesn’t matter. The bar moves only when the game feels like letting it move. Phase Two – The Worm (aka: “Why did I die?”) The Blood Ladies dissolve into mist. From the ground erupts the Worm. Fast. Violent. Personal. It moves too much. It punishes greed. And if you don’t break its pustules during its big charge attack… Everyone dies. No warning. No mercy. Just balance restored — violently. Veterans don’t fight the Worm. They run. Each player takes a corner. Survive the charge. Chip damage only when it exposes itself. This phase is not about DPS. It’s about not being stupid. Phase Three – Repeat, but Worse Blood Balancers return. Then the Worm. Then Blood again. Same rules. Less patience. More punishment. Do this long enough and the fight should end. But sometimes… The Anticlimax (aka: “Wait… it died?”) This is where legends are born. Scholar links enemies. Executor presses ult. Fire spreads. Damage stacks. And suddenly— POOF. Boss health: 0% Enemies still alive. Arena still standing. Fight over. Balance restored. What happened? The Truth About Killing Ever Dark Balancer There is no main Balancer to kill. There is no correct target. There is only the boss health bar, and it is detached from what you see. Certain abilities — especially Scholar ult and Executor interactions — can bypass the damage mitigation between individual Balancers and the shared health pool. When that happens, you aren’t “killing enemies”. You’re hitting the boss directly. And the Ever Dark Balancer folds like paper. How You Actually Win Stop trying to “clear” phases Hit anything that exists Survive the Worm, don’t chase it Break pustules only during charge windows Abuse AoE, linking, swarm damage Scholar ult + high-level items = illegal damage If the bar hits zero, the fight ends — no matter what’s alive That’s it. No final blow. No chosen enemy. Just a broken god collapsing when the math finally catches up. Balance restored.
