In the first five minutes of this meeting, Ron shared a tip that we all thought was a great idea. Sumner had complained that the first round of ribbing is not as tight as the following rounds, and every chimed in and agreed. Then Ron told us how to fix that! So Sumner tried it and it worked. And everyone agreed they have never seen this tip anywhere before. I was not able to attend the meeting this week so Ron led and recorded the meeting.
