From the Archives: Frank Thomas' National Baseball Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony (7.27.2014)

On July 27, 2014, Frank Thomas was enshrined in baseball history forever at the National Baseball Hall of Fame ceremony after enjoying a historic career as an outfielder and designated hitter for the Chicago White Sox, Oakland Athletics, and Toronto Blue Jays. Thomas earned five All-Star Game selections; four Silver Slugger Awards; and nine Top 10 finishes in the AL MVP voting, including his back-to-back wins in 1993 and 1994. Thomas wore the White Sox uniform from 1991 to 2005 and is one of only 11 White Sox players to have his number (35) retired. In 2013, Thomas was elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame. He was later inducted during the 2014 National Baseball Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in Cooperstown, New York.
