What is your favorite song? Can you have more than one? I have many. And I'd like to 'see' every one of them. I think I have always closed my eyes when I listened to music, no not while driving, but when I got a new record back when I was young I submerged into the music, eyes closed, allowing my imagination to flow. Ever since I started even thinking about putting images to my favorite tunes I gathered them in a folder on my computer labelled "Possibilities". It contains all types of music, as I never limited myself to any particular genre of music. Instead I filed them away, WAITING for inspiration because I need to 'feel' the music and images theme I marry to it, and this tune was always lurking in the corner of my mind. I did my other cowboy obsession "The Last of the Silver Screen Cowboys" last year and these two are very different with Cowboys as the common factor. There is a rhythm to all music and editorially I try to move along with that. I get a blast from doing these 'visualizations' and I do them for me. Because I wanted to see it. All art is this way.
