Arch Tempered Arkveld Faces The Great Sword – MHWilds

Happy 1st Anniversary to Monster Hunter Wilds! And what better way to celebrate than with an Arch Tempered Arkveld hunt with the Great Sword. This monster is a really tough matchup for GS, especially when playing under TA Wiki rules. AT Arkveld has attacks that deal a lot of chip damage, even if you're landing offsets constantly, you still lose a lot of health. That's why this build is adapted with two Arkveld armor pieces to slowly regenerate some health. But overall, it's an incredibly enjoyable fight with all the offsets and it keeps you on edge the whole time. I really loved this Title Update 5. I made a few minor mistakes, but overall I'm happy with this run and glad to show off the results of my practice over the last few days, even if the time was so close to sub-10. I managed to get a 9:51 in another attempt, but other monsters appeared on the map and I wasn't happy with how it looked visually, so I decided not to upload it.
