His interest in the Reggio Emilia approach led him to found in 2006 Reflections, a 170 places nursery and 24 places small school with forest school and beach school, in the South of Uk. Martin was responsible for pedagogy and management of Reflections for 15 years, led Professional development courses attended by over 6000 people from 16 different Countries, and he himself took 12 study tours in Reggio Emilia. In this interview we unpack the magic of the Reggio Approach and how to keep a big project vibrant, and, mostly, children listened to and valued with mind-blowing ripple effects on the close community, for so many years... Martin now lives close to nature, and has a beautiful farm where he harvest fruits from the land and occasionally organises conferences and talks for educators.
