Buswa Community Medical & Gospel Outreach | January 31, 2026

On January 31st, 2026, we were humbled to serve the Buswa community through a one-day medical clinic and gospel outreach, organized by the Alliance for Gospel Church Planting and Missions in East Africa (AGCPMEA) in partnership with Community at Heart Ministry (Boda Boda Ministry). Buswa is a growing rural-urban community where many families live in deep poverty, with limited access to basic healthcare and sound gospel teaching. Many residents struggle with preventable illnesses such as malaria, typhoid, respiratory infections, skin diseases, and chronic conditions, while also facing spiritual confusion shaped by syncretism and a lack of biblical discipleship. Through this outreach, we provided free medical care, including consultations, diagnostics, and essential medications, while intentionally proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ through preaching, prayer, counseling, and personal conversations. While we could not medically attend to everyone due to time and resource limitations, every person present heard the message of the Gospel—because we believe that while physical healing is important, eternal hope in Christ is greater. This outreach was a visible expression of Christ’s compassion—caring for the body while pointing hearts to the Savior.
