We are seeing diamond solitaires, done in more modest way, very little accent stones, the center diamonds also being set very low, as apposed to previous years, where the rings where much more ornate with very high mountings. The new cool girl style is rings with movement. Again not as ornate but really focusing on sleek twists and turns or un even metal. Center stones often set low in bezels or semi-bezels. Art deco styles from last year; minimalist clean lines are still going strong. However we have really ditched the whole whimsical look that had very elaborate designs with lots of detailing.
