Here is a link to the restoration video:     • 1974 BMW E10 2002 start to finish restoration   It took 2 years, 2000+ hours and $26K in parts including the purchace price to get to where it is today. It has custom fabricated double bellows air suspension with all welding done by a certified welder. It also has a 2000+ watt stereo with a 6th order bandpass box with the bass powered by dual Lithium Battleborn Batteries. It was painted Hot Rod Satin Black last year around the beginning of September, it is not a show car finish but the body work is straight and it presents well. Here is a video of it at a local Cars and Coffe event from November 25th 2025 where you can observe the air suspension in action:   / 10162353580923020   I put a new to me German rebuilt motor in it from the 90's that has high compression (153psi in all 4 cylinders) and it runs great. I have petronix electric ignition installed in a rebuilt distributor. I paid 4300k for the motor and dizzy from Ken the owner of Vintage BMW Racing in Long Beach just a few months ago. Custom diamond plate panels in the trunk Custom air suspension with BT, seperate wireless remote and wired remote Interior floor, trunk floor and walls, engine bay walls, headlight area behind the grills, wheel wells and undercarriage have been stripped and redone with Rhino-liner.
