PLOT (So Far) As the player begins to rise up the Blacklist, Mia comes by again with a “present”: intimate access into their police files. They are then interrupted by Razor, who tries to get under their skin by claiming to expose Mia’s scheme. As conniving as he is, he has a point. Why would this mysterious newcomer to the street racing scene give a rookie the information needed to hack into the police’s mainframe? Sure enough, Razor starts to taunt the player more and more after they defeat Victor Vasquez, one of his thugs and the thirteenth member of the Blacklist, in an attempt to get them distracted. To add fuel to the fire, Rog tells the player that Mia is not an unknown figure to the police.
