15 Minutes of Love February 4th, 2026

15 Minutes of Love is a short meditative gathering to send love and gratitude to the Earth to support her well-being, and for the continuing evolution of Humanity. We will focus our intention collectively, each becoming a conduit of Divine flow. In the Northern Hemisphere, Winter is still in play, but Spring is starting to call out for attention. Everything has it's time. We have the work of late winter to finish—listening to the final whispers and dreams from the Ancestors and gathering the energies that come in the still and quiet times. These are the gifts to be received before we emerge fully into the renewal of spring. This month brings the end of the Chinese Year of the Wood Snake; a shedding of our collective skins and expansion. The transformation will continue as we enter the Year of the Fire Horse on February 17th. The symbology is powerful. The element of fire burns away the old, alchemizing and catalyzing. The horse is a symbol of incredible utility, force and speed. It has the potential to be a powerful year. In this 15 Minutes of Love, we'll hold the intention to walk the path of evolution and maturation, with gentle power and grace. Let's celebrate this "Tween" time; the time between the stillness of winter and the new growth of spring. This meditation is pre-recorded and offered on the first Wednesday of each month at 6 pm Pacific Time. I use the drum to keep our consciousness moving and our bodies grounded.
