Pax Dei is a new MMORPG that came to Steam Early Access in mid-2024 after initially being announced in March 2023. The team behind Pax Dei is called Mainframe Industries, a venture backed indie studio with veteran developers from CCP, Blizzard, Ubisoft and Next Games. Pax Dei describes itself as a social sandbox MMO inspired by legends of the medieval era where myths are real, and magic is unquestioned. In this game you can form guilds and partake in building massive community megaprojects such as towns, villages, bridges, and lodges with a near limitless building system unseen in other MMOs. Explore a massive map with views as far as the eye can see. Craft weapons, armor and potions. Then go out to various POIs in the world such as caves and ruins in search of enemies to slay and loot to collect.
