Prep the lettuce, tomatoes, potatoes and onions leaving roughly 2-3 Cups diced and 1/2 Cup whole rings for the onions. 2. Press out roughly 36 (2oz) burger patties onto parchment or wax paper. 3. Rinse the starch off the sliced potatoes in ice water, pat dry and pre-fry in batches for 6-8 minutes at 350°F. Then just let them drain somewhere until ready to fry again. 4. Saute onions in a pan with vegetable oil until they caramelize. 5.
