It arrived in what is now known as Ho Chi Minh City, signaling a new era of relations between the former foes. VOICE-OVER: 0002 The last time an American naval ship docked at Ho Chi Minh City, it was still known as Saigon - and the Vietnam war was still raging. This time, the American navy was coming in peace, hoping to usher in a new era of cooperation. 0016 No longer arch enemies, the talk now is of growing friendship.
