You'll also hear from Sylvia Alvarez, founder and Executive Director of the Housing and Education Alliance (HEA), regarding the first steps you can and should take as you prepare to purchase a home. The Housing and Education Alliance (HEA) is a HUD approved housing counseling agency serving over 47,000 Tampa Bay area residents since 2002. Sylvia is a motivational speaker and appears regularly on local and national English and Spanish media regarding housing issues.
