If your hybrid battery temps are a little hotter than they should be, or if you have a CEL for the hybrid battery fan, it's possible that your fan is clogged/dirty and needs to be cleaned. There's no filter on these fans so any dirt or hair in the passenger compartment can be sucked into the fan and clog it up. This is a fairly easy job that should be done on a fairly regular basis, it's not too difficult and from start to finish it took me about 20 minutes and that includes the time for filming. Reassembly is just the reverse of disassembly with no special tricks needed.
