First, you must have already unlocked the PP-8001 weapon in a New Game + run. I have a video guide on how to do that, and you can get to it by either clicking the related video, or going to:    • Silent Hill F - How To Get The Secret Weap...   Once you have gotten the PP-8001 in a playthrough, and you have beaten the game, you will notice that you do not start with the weapon right away. If you want to use it again, you will have to find a UFO poster and interact with it. I tried this on different posters in a few playthroughs, and each time the UFO appeared to beam down the weapon regardless of which poster I interacted with first. To get it back the quickest, play through the game until you get past the first Dark Shrine section (Dark Shrine Path). Once you return to Ebisugaoka for the first time, just go straight ahead from where you regain control of Hinako after the cutscene. A bit up the road you will see a stabby doll come from a path on the left. Kill it (or run past it), and then go down the path in the direction it came from. Make an immediate left and then run all the way straight ahead to a dead end. There will be some stabby dolls here (I would imagine this may be different depending on which action difficulty you are playing on). Kill both of the stabby dolls and then interact with the UFO poster by the bike. Normally, this is the third poster that you have to interact with to get the PP-8001, but since you already unlocked it, the UFO will appear and beam it down to you! Like I said, I tried the other posters in different playthroughs and they all gave me the PP-8001 once I interacted with them.
