[What sets baptist health medical group apart?] I think the care that we're delivering is exceptional. We're able to do very serious and complex surgeries on these patients, thanks to the support that we get from Baptist Health. [Who is your most memorable patient?] It was really a fascinating case. When they brought him over to the hospital they decided to scan his head, and discovered a very large tumor pressing on the frontal lobes of the brain. I took him to surgery, and we removed this large tumor. He did very well, and he returned back to his normal activities. [How do you want to be remembered by your patients?] Dr. Vitaly Siomin: I want them to remember us as people who walked into their lives through an open door, were there with them during their most difficult moments, provided support for them in a very compassionate way, had time for them, and for their families, and then, made everything possible to bring them back to life.
