Description: We are in Leverkusen, a city in Germany, just outside Cologne, located in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. An important factor in the development of the city is the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry Bayer, which is based here. The film opens with the Bayer-Hochhaus building, a 32-storey, 122-meter skyscraper. When it completed in 1963, it was the highest building in Germany for 9 years. It was demolished in 2012. Then we see the Carl Duisberg Park, where there is the Japanese garden, and passers-by walking. A close-up shot of a rose tree with white flowers and an overview of the park with the trees and buildings that surround it. A man, as he passes, looks at the camera a little puzzled and then, the filmmaker shows us a colorful flowerbed and cars of that era in the background. Lastly, we see shots of another Bayer building with its extension under construction.
