For Women's History Month, we interviewed inspiring women who shared their career success stories and challenges to aid you in your career journey. Mia McIntyre is a two-time graduate of the Robert H. Smith School of Business, earning a Bachelor's in Marketing and a Master's in Marketing Analytics through the 4+1 program. She is currently a Music Publishing Operations Specialist at TikTok. Her role involves onboarding and managing partnerships with publishing partners, ensuring compliance, seamless integration, and operational efficiency. She also oversees tracking systems, analyzes data using SQL and Python, and leads key operational tasks like content management, licensure validation, and partner support. During undergrad, Mia was active in the Student Success Leadership Council, the Smith Strategic Design and Innovation Fellows Program, and the Kappa Phi Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She also gained professional experience through internships at BBDO, Google, and Discovery. With expertise in data analysis, partner relations, and operations, Mia blends analytical precision with creative problem-solving to drive strategic decisions. Outside of work, she is passionate about travel and content creation, documenting her journey to visit 30 countries by 30.
