While the camera hardware may be decent with some of these options, there is one thing which a lot of these cameras seem to be missing - the lack of a web portal to manage your devices, or a Windows/Mac/Linux application. For example, these "PEEIPM" cameras from Amazon instruct you to download the EOOEIES app onto your mobile phone as part of the setup process, assuming anyone and everyone has an Android or iOS device laying around. But even if you do have one, you might find it frustrating to have to grab your phone to manage your security cameras.
