Nicholas Gish is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in a variety of mental health settings including partial care, intensive counseling, community counseling, and private practice. He specializes in addressing trauma across the lifespan as it contributes to anxiety, depression, OCD, and other life problems. Nicholas holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgian Court University. He has also received specialized training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Sand Tray therapy. Nicholas believes open communication, transparency, and humor are essential to the counseling process and helping clients feel comfortable. He uses research-based treatment methods to help his clients not only manage their symptoms, but also improve their lives.
