Amazing early game to increase our farm rate. -Swift Boots: Some more atk. speed to increase our base atk. for when we attack without our 1st skill buff. -Endless Battle: Good lifesteal and damage, mana which we really need, even more movement speed and very useful passive to deal more damage thanks to the true damage. -Blade of Destruction: The build is crit based so of course we need BoD to increase our crit damage. -Wind Chaser: Very efficient for the amount of damage it gives us, the armor penetration passive will make our damage stay relevant even if enemies build a lot of armor (even if they don't you will still pierce their base armor so still good). -Blade of Despair: Topping off our build with the highest damage damaging item in the game, in some situations you might need to go with a more defensive Immortality. -Starting Item: Hunter's Knife and a Magic Necklace right after. The first one will increase our lane clearing speed and farming power, the second one will provide some needed mana sustain. Emblem Set: Physical is very good on Moskov since all the stats it gives are useful for him. BattleSpell: Flicker is very good on him, the short range makes positioning very important and having a second teleport available after you used your first skill can be useful in many situations. Tips 1) Blue buff is very nice to have on Moskov because both the mana cost reduction and the cdr component are very useful on him, if you can try to get it and if you have the chance definitely try to steal it from the enemies. Red buff is very good on you, try to have it active as often as possible. 2) Max your 1st Skill first, it increases the atk. speed buff you get so it's the best way to increase our dps. Our 2nd Skill is pretty much as useful at lv1 as it is when you max it out so it's not a priority to level it up. 3) Your ultimate has a global range so try to look for opportunities to help your teammates if they are fighting and your are far from them. 4) Positioning is key with Moskov because you are very squishy and you have a small range, not only that but your positioning has also to be good if you want to increase your piercing damage output and if you want to get the best 2nd skill stun, he is probably one of the most positioning intensive heroes in the game. 5) Your 2nd Skill is pretty much the best tool in your kit and it can make or break teamfights, look for the right opportunities to either stun enemies onto other enemies or onto walls and focus them down with your team. You can also use it by blinking in front of the enemy to just push him back towards your team. Master this skill and you will improve a lot as a Moskov. 6) When playing Moskov you might try switching your controls to "Target Closest First" so with good positioning you can control your basic attacks and piercing attacks in a better way. 7) A Moskov with no mana is pretty much useless in most situations and is also prone to die very easily, also keep your mana reserve in mind when you engage fights. 8) Moskov's laning phase is very strong because he can quickly clear the enemy minion wave by using his first skill and piercing them all down, try to make good use of this advantage.
