Here he explains why the challenge of going back to school is well worth the benefits it can provide for him and his clients and customers in the long run. "I am going to provide myself with a stern challenge for the new decade and that is to start studying for an MBA (Master of Business Administration)," says Anthony. "An MBA is an internationally-recognised degree designed to develop the skills required for careers in business and management. "My current career objectives are to aim as high as possible and achieve my goals through a portfolio business strategy. "Studying for an MBA will help focus my personal development efforts which currently comprise of books, podcasts and seminars. I like to see myself as a lifelong learner and a big believer in education. So this is something that I am really looking forward to getting my teeth stuck into. I am so excited to get started. "Due to the affiliation with esteemed organisations including APSCO, Grant Thornton and Cranfield University, the MBA also provides an excellent opportunity to expand my network. "More specifically, the MBA will bring me up to date with HR and recruitment best practice, something that will be invaluable when running my business.
