This video is a continuance of my Madhya Pradesh travel series! On Day 3, I spent my last night in Indore at the beautiful Pride Hotel & Convention Centre, enjoyed their amazing food and peaceful poolside vibe, and then discovered a smart travel hack — since there were no direct trains from Indore to Kolkata, I took a train to Bilaspur instead. I stayed for 2 nights at Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur, one of the most premium stays in the city — featuring spacious rooms, great dining, a refreshing swimming pool, and top-class hospitality. Finally, I continued my journey from Bilaspur to Kolkata, wrapping up this leg of the trip in comfort and style. 🔹 Day 3: Indore — Pride Hotel & Convention Centre On my third day in Indore, I checked in to Pride Hotel & Convention Centre, Indore. This hotel is one of the nicer premium options in town. • The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center / gym, and free WiFi throughout the premises. • They also provide 24-hour room service, in-room tea/coffee, minibar, wardrobe and bath amenities. • The “Tiffany Blues” restaurant is their all-day multicuisine dining option. • The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, with attention to detail in toiletries, linens, and service. It was a relaxing night in Indore — the pool, the food, and the calm helped recharge before my onward journey. ⸻ 🚆 Travel Hack: Indore → Bilaspur → Kolkata One challenge: there was no direct train from Indore to Kolkata available for my travel dates. So, instead of forcing a convoluted route, I split the journey: • I took a train from Indore to Bilaspur • Stayed overnight in Bilaspur for two nights • From Bilaspur, I boarded the train toward Kolkata This turned out to be a smart travel hack — it avoided long waits, inconvenient connections, and allowed me to rest well before the final leg. ⸻ 🔹 Nights in Bilaspur — Courtyard by Marriott I spent 2 nights at Courtyard by Marriott, Bilaspur. Here’s what made the stay memorable: Rooms & Comfort • The rooms are modern, air-conditioned, well-insulated, with clean bathrooms, minibars, bathrobes, and all essentials. • Free WiFi, good room service, and thoughtful touches make the stay comfortable. Food & Dining • The hotel restaurant offers a nice spread — local and multi-cuisine options. • Breakfast is wholesome and varied (continental + Indian options). • For other meals, the service and taste were solid, with good presentation and friendly staff. Amenities & Facilities • There is an outdoor swimming pool — great for refreshing dips. • A 24-hour health club / gym is available, well equipped. • The hotel also offers spa services, valet/parking, and good common spaces. • The ambiance is chic and calm, making it a pleasant stay for both work and relaxation. I found the two nights there to be restful, with enough comfort and luxury to reset for the final train journey to Kolkata. ⸻ 🎥 What to expect in this video • A peek at daily life in Indore • My stay experience at Pride Hotel (room, food, pool) • The train route and trick of splitting journey via Bilaspur • The Courtyard Marriott experience: rooms, food, amenities, and sightseeing around • Final leg from Bilaspur → Kolkata Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and hit the bell icon if you enjoy these travel + hotel sneak peeks!
