Despite being the middle of winter, we were curious to explore the otherworldly wonder of Oregon known as the Painted Hills. Some say it looks like the Southwest or even Mars. Pretty much everyone agrees it isn't what usually comes to mind when you think of Oregon... In this winter vlog, we spend the day hiking all 5 trails. Each was pretty short (except for maybe the last one). We only saw a handful of other people / cars. Between the spectacular views and the true solitude, Painted Hills Oregon totally felt like a hidden gem. If you visit, please practice Leave No Trace.
