The Russian Market (aka Psar Toul Tom Poung) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia is an institution. For both locals and tourists, it's one of the best places to shop in Phnom Penh. Nearly 10,000 square meters, the market sells everything from clothes, to raw and cooked food, to motorcycle parts, to some of the best souvenirs you can buy in Cambodia. I'm spending the day in the Russian market - starting with some breakfast (there's amazing street food in the Russian Market), and ending with a sunset drink overlooking it.
