Dot makes a shocking discovery about Sonia. Shirley arrives in Walford looking for her children, Carly and Deano. To her surprise she is soon confronted by Kevin who in no uncertain terms tells her she is neither wanted or respected and certainly not welcome to see his children. They move to the local toilets where Kevin tells Shirley without pleasantries some home truths. Meanwhile, Pauline's funeral procession commences. Martin and Ian are distraught, yet Martin looks to Sonia for support. Ian is not impressed. Sonia continues to be afraid and distressed, concerned that her secret will be found out.
