Lucien Kade, the exiled minister of science for the Solarian Imperium, learned that the so called empire's interstellar communications array had been neglected and inoperable for at least a century; the empire had long abandoned this sector; new technological breakthroughs were a farce, hobbled together ancient tech or tech acquired from smaller factions and wayward traders as a way to pretend progress was still being made. The nobles of this fragment of a shattered empire didn't care for the people, they just wanted to keep themselves comfortable and keep their power. Lucien has heard of deserters from the empire; some just looking to make simple lives for themselves on this forsaken RimWorld, others looking to take back what they believe they deserved from the Imperium. Lucien has other plans. Welcome to The Conclave, a RimWorld series centered on the Vanilla Factions Expanded Deserters and Vanilla Gravship Expanded mods. We'll be diving into various Vanilla Quest Expanded mods and pushing the bounds of technology on the rim with the Antimatter Annihilation mod.
