These easy veggie maki rolls are fresh, colorful and surprisingly simple to make at home. No bamboo mat required — just the mold, a few veggies and sushi rice. Homemade veggie sushi doesn’t have to be complicated, and these maki rolls prove it. Using nori sheets, cooked sushi rice and a mix of thinly sliced vegetables, you can create beautiful, restaurant-style rolls right at home AND at a fraction of the cost from a restaurant or take-out. A simple sushi mold makes this process approachable for beginners while still delivering clean, tight rolls. Creamy avocado adds richness, while the nori and rice keep everything structured and satisfying. Enjoy fresh, vibrant veggie sushi anytime you’re craving it. Plus, the Asian dipping sauce pulls everything together with salty, tangy and savory notes, with optional sweetness or heat depending on your taste. It’s incredibly versatile and works just as well for lettuce wraps, stir-fries and Buddha bowls. ⬇️Ingredients & Directions below 👍If you enjoyed this recipe, give it a like and subscribe for more easy, plant-based meals you can make at home! ▶️Recipes mentioned: Asian Lettuce Wraps • Clean Out Your Fridge Asian Lettuce Wraps ... 🔗Maki/Sushi Mold • Clean Out Your Fridge Asian Lettuce Wraps ... 🏷️#VeggieSushi #MakiRolls #PlantBasedCooking #VeganAsian #HealthyMeals Maki Roll 🥣INGREDIENTS: Nori sheets Cooked sushi rice A combination of any of the following veggies, sliced thin.
