Ingredients: Passion fruit juice 1 cup Heavy / fresh cream-1 cup Condensed milk- 1/2 cup Passion fruit juice with seeds- 1/2 cup Preparation: Beat heavy cream till smooth. Add condensed milk and beat again. Now add passion fruit juice in portions and beat till silky. If you want the mousse In thicker consistency, add 1 tbsp of melted gelatin now and whisk. ( I didn’t add gelatin) Pour in to cups of your choice and keep refrigerated. Now heat passion fruit juice with seeds in a pan. Stir continuously till thick. If it is soury, add sugar needed to balance. I added one tbsp of sugar. Let this cool down. Now top this gently over the mousse in cups. Keep in fridge for 2-3 hours and serve.
