Another Ducks game I go to and they take yet another loss sigh but hey, the Hurricanes are a damn good team too! I went to this game to hang out with my friend and also because the Hurricanes were one of the teams I wanted to see in person! I believe this was also my second time seeing Taylor Hall this season as I did see him in the first Blackhawks game this season and this time, Hall gets a hat trick! The second straight Ducks game I go to where we allow a hat trick 😭 So in my last 3 Ducks games, they have allowed 6, 7, and 5 goals in that order… Seeing Aho, Staal, and Hall in action was fun and the Canes debuted a different look (black helmets with the white on red away uniform) to not clash with the Ducks’ all orange homes, since the Canes usually wear red helmets. I’m surprised they didn’t have white helmets though.
