VILLAGE PUB AND CAFE, Las Vegas, NV - When I was planning my trip to Las Vegas, I had a friend of mine tell me to stop by Ellis Island Hotel & Casino (@ellisislandcasinobrewery4067) and try their fish and chips at Village Pub and Cafe. He knew I was a big fan of fish and chips, and I hadn’t had them for a long time. He also told me Elli's Island's Fish and Chips were better than Gordon Ramsey's Fish and Chips!! So, I made sure to stop by Ellis Island Hotel & Casino and give them a try. I also heard that Village Pub and Cafe offered a Double Cut Prime Rib. I’ve never had a steak that was 32 ounces before, so I thought I would give this a try as well. Had I known how big the 32 oz steak was going to be, I may have reconsidered…lol. But I am glad I had the opportunity to try this mammoth of a steak, as it was the most tender steak I’ve had in the US and reminded me of the A5 wagyu steak I had in Japan. This 32 ounce double cut prime rib costs $53.98. And this is why I call Ellis Island Hotel & Casino the hidden gem of Las Vegas. They don’t use any bells and whistles. They just provide you good quality comfort food at a reasonable price. I always go to Ellis Island Hotel & Casino to eat whenever I go to Vegas.
