This is the raw footage that I recorded from Camera D (A Motorola G Power 5G Smartphone) of the Zebulon Parks & Recreation Advisory Board Meeting that took place on December 15, 2025. In a Conference Room near the Planning Department inside the 1st Floor of the Zebulon Town Hall. Of course, this raw footage isn't very watchable from a viewer's perspective. So I've edited it all together in a viewable video that you can see down below. I, Nicholas Walton, for openness & transparency, am disclosing that my relationship with the Town Of Zebulon is solely me being a Resident and a Zebulon Board Of Adjustments Appointee. With which my appointment was undemocratic & shady, as you can see proof of this in the description down below. In addition to that, I haven’t been sworn in, trained, nor served in the position even though I’ve been on the Board for a year and change. I’ve filmed this meeting out of my own free will. I’ve done so because our Town Government doesn’t record nor livestream the meetings of the Advisory Boards. When they do livestream Board Of Commissioner Meetings, Work Sessions, Joint Public Hearings, and Certain Special Called Meetings. This is a massive continual failure of our Town Government and this show they aren't being fully transparent to us their constituents. When it's their job as elected officials to do the opposite, my goal in doing all of this is to pressure our Town Government. To use our taxpayer dollars, to give more funding to East Wake Television (Who is the organization that livestreams all the Public Town Government Meetings that are livestreamed). Or at very least they can record all Advisory Board Meetings through Microsoft Teams in the Council Chambers. At no additional cost to the Town, which they did during October 27, 2025 Zebulon Planning Board Meeting. So, they can stop failing us and ensure all Public Town Government Meetings are livestreamed and/or recorded for the public to see. And I will not stop doing this until our Town Government fulfills my demand. The next Zebulon Parks & Recreation Advisory Board Meeting will take place at the Zebulon Town Hall on January 26, 2025 at 6:30 PM. And I will do the same I did for this meeting for this upcoming meeting. Have a good day!
