Continuing our special focus on the state of Medical Infrastructure, Barkha Dutt meets Urmila, whose father has been hospitalized on suspicion of COVID at the GTB Hospital. He is also suffering from a Brain disease because of which he needs special attention. His test was done more than a week ago but there is no sign of the results. GTB had told others wanting a hospital bed that they should go elsewhere because the wait to just get a test can be as long as three days. Given the crunch in tests and testing, it is even more puzzling why Delhi has stopped so many private laboratories from testing.
