Mi pelo no es grueso y yo tengo hipotiroidismo lo cuál hace que se me caiga mucho. Con todo eso, me hago este proceso y jamás he tenido un problema. Yo me pongo una mascarilla al menos una vez por semana, por lo general casera (de eso también tengo videos) para mantenerlo hidratado. Como me lo cuido tanto es que puedo hacer este tipo de tratamientos sin ningún problema. Si tú te haces este tratamiento y no te funciona, no es mi culpa. Yo aquí estoy explicando lo que a mi me funciona. Si por alguna razón el cabello se te maltrata puede ser porque no te lo cuidas, te dejaste la mezcla mucho tiempo o puedes tener un problema de salud que te cause caída del cabello. En esos casos te recomiendo que vayas donde una estilista profesional y no te hagas este tipo de tratamientos caseros. Sólo quiero aclarar esto en caso de que a alguien no le funcione... no es mi responsabilidad. I decided to dye my hair black the night before this video (with a “soft black” box color) and I didn’t like it. I mention the “Suave” shampoo here because if works wonderful when I apply color on my hair and if it’s too dark I immediately put the Suave clarifying shampoo, leave it for like 20 minutes and it takes the color out. But since I put the black color the night before I chose to do the baking soda and peroxide method instead. I recommend you to use 20 volume peroxide, some people says 30 works too but for me is too strong. But since we all have different hair types you really need to decide if you want 20 or 30. 40 is too strong so please don’t use it. Please try in a little area before you do the whole head. All I do is just mix baking soda and peroxide until I get a creamy consistency, I start from the ends and once all work my way up but wait until the end for the roots since they get lighter quicker. You can see in this video how it worked so fast, I only left it for like 20-25 min. In my other video (link is above) I left it a total of 50 minutes. You can cover your hair with aluminum foil and/or a plastic cap or a bag. The trick is to keep it warm and wet... if it dries it will not lighten your hair. You can use a hair dryer to speed the process too. When you’re done remove everything with shampoo and rinse it out. Apply a good hair mask and leave it on for like 30 min. Continue to use the hair mask every time you wash your hair.
