If you’re thinking to yourself, “hey hasn’t Barry already done the Beef Raisin Sandwich?” you’re not wrong. In fact, I’ve done three of them all from 1936’s 1,001 Sandwiches. This, however is from 1937’s Search Light Recipe Book. There is definitely more to it than just beef and raisins. And as it turns, aside from the salt content, not a bad combo. Also, you might notice toward the end of today’s video that it’s a little grainy. That’s because, for whatever reason, the autofocus on my DSLR did not auto focus. So, had to make the call between quite blurry or grainy and a little blurry. Yay.
