Join us for a ride on Finland’s legendary Helsinki–Kolari night train — one of the most scenic and unique sleeper train journeys in Europe! 🚆❄️ In this video, we board a classic CEmt blue sleeper carriage for a 1,000+ km trip through snow-covered forests and remote Lapland wilderness, crossing the Arctic Circle along the way. These vintage carriages, built in the 1980s, won’t be around for much longer — VR has already ordered new sleeper cars to replace them, and the iconic Sr1 electric locomotives are also nearing retirement.
