Hi, this is an easy step by step on how to steup the Ansmann Racing R5 Rx Fail-Safe. 1) Turn on Tx 2) Turn on Rx 3) On the Tx put the desired Channel to the position where you want the fail-safe set, ie: full brakes 4) Keep the desired Channel in position you want (Full Brakes) while you press and hold the the little button on the Rx next to the red light with the included pin that comes with it until it flashes a few times. 5) Turn off your Tx & Rx 6) Turn on both Tx & Rx 7) Turn off you Tx and your fail-safe should move the channel you set into position, ie: full brakes 8) Thats it your all done and it should work until you reset it again from steps 1-6. Even if your Rx batteries run out or need to change the battery, the fail-safe will still keep its setting, also the reason for turning your Tx off in step 7 is to simulate going out of range or loosing signal.
