In this start-to-finish build, we break down exactly what it takes to construct a subterranean parking bay. We slice through the reinforced concrete slab, calculate the excavation depth, and pour a moisture-locked concrete shell to stabilize the chamber. The core of this system is a massive hydraulic lifting mechanism capable of handling thousands of pounds of dynamic load. To finish the bunker out, we laid down a chemical-resistant epoxy resin deck and wired in a custom honeycomb LED lighting grid. The top hatch sits completely flush—just drive on, trigger the hydraulics, and the car disappears.
